Soft Reset OnePlus One Smartphone
Soft reset is manual type of reset which can be processed while switching on your device.You have to make use of your Phone app settings to soft reset it.- Switch on your device
- Now open the settings application
- Then scroll below until you find the " Backup and Reset"
- Next select the Factory data reset
- After that select " Reset Phone"
- Now select " Erase Everything"
- Now let the device reset itself and wait for sometime

Hard Reset OnePlus One Smartphone
Hard Reset include resetting your device to factory mode using volume button and wipe partition.- So firstly you will have to switch off your phone
- Then turn it back holding your volume down button
- Next the device will vibrate and let your hands off volume button when it vibrates
- Now that your phone has entered simple recovery mode
- Then select the " Wipe Cache Partition" , use the power button to select it
- After that you will receive a " Cache Wipe Complete" notification
- Next select the " Wipe Data/ Factory Reset"
